How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Marvelion (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Love this bowl! I have a jerk of a cat that insists on spilling his water I was cleaning up water at least 2 times a day! I’ve had this bowl for over a week and not one spill I evil laugh at how he’s so mad he can’t spill it no matter how hard he’s tried and he learned to drink from it very fast! It’s easy to take apart and clean and easy to fill.
My household contains four cats. They all have vastly different personalities and tastes. One thing that all agree on is the water should not be in a container. We have tried various other products combined with all the "tricks" to keep them from playing and throwing all the water all over the floor. This bowl is the only thing that has worked longer than an hour. With the way the bowl is made, it keeps enough available for them to drink without them have a water fight. It also doesn't take a master's to refill. And it seems to hold quite a bit of water. So far, this is the pinnacle of liquid dispersion. This is great that the product is sound.
Actually works. I was a bit dubious that this would work and would make my dog stop gulping his water so fast he would throw up. But it works. My dog took some time to get used to the new bowl, but now he treats it like any other water bowl, but can't gulp so fast. I like that it stays full longer and that the floating plate gives me an idea of when the water needs to be refilled. Easy enough to clean and setting it up is intuitive. It's a bit big for my chihuahua but still at a fine height for him to use it.
This thing is great. My jerk of a cat can't splash water all over the floor anymore! It took her a couple days to get used to drinking from it, but now she has grudgingly accepted it. Holds a ton of water and prevents spills.
Cat loves it. No whisker fatigue. I can see the water level without having to bend down. The floating bit gets lower as he drinks. Easy to clean.It's all good.
Wanted a dish for my cat that would hold a lot of water. Have tried fountains and in all of about an hour our cats drains the water onto the floor.... needless to say we have a clean floor. Set this up for our cat tonight and walla....she drank from it and didn't empty it onto the floor... finally a product that works for her naughty and nice personality!!!

Really liked the design and it's a great concept. We have two dogs and four cats. Unfortunately, the one cat that we needed this for figured out how to stomp on the floating lid and create a water geyser, defeating the purpose. If you don't have a cat like that, this product should work very well for you. :)
If you asked my cat, he’d give it one star. He likes to play in his water and make a complete mess!! If you ask me, I give it 5 stars because he can’t do that with this dish. He had no trouble figuring out how to drink out of it, but still can’t figure out how to swim in it. I love it!
